Jakob studied philosophy and economics in Bayreuth. Science has always been one of his core interests, learning about biochemistry together with other students at Life-Science-Lab in Heidelberg starting at age 13. In 2015 he founded his first company which gave him the opportunity to combine his interests for science and economics. Since then he has developed various functional food products and has gathered a broad experience with in the areas production, process, and certification of food products.
